Cornacchino is a little farm situated in a romatic valley, surrounded by woods and meadows. Our horses live in small herds on 100 hectares of pasture land, in complete accord with their natural needs.

Learn with Fun

Our passion for horses spans many years. It has allowed us to accumulate a lot of competences from farriery to equestrian technique, from the training of colts to typical ranch work. Our courses are dedicated to people who want to develop one of these skills in this relaxing and welcoming, unique, corner of Tuscany.

The flavors of rural traditions of Tuscany, Umbria, and Latsio are melded with the personal tastes of our cooks. There is not a fix or daily menu. Every day we eat based on seasonal availability or following the guests‘ tastes,. This is where passion integrates with the chef's cuisine. The menu is composed of a series of appetizers, two first courses, a second course and three side dishes, fruit and dessert. Thus it's easy to fulfill the special wishes of all our guests - vegetarians or not. The only ingredients are enthusiasm and the loving care of our cooks in every dish.
Wine is genuine, always present in flasks. It is included in the price and it comes from Montepulciano’s vines.

Cornacchino is an ideal place for a riding holiday with all the family. 
Starting from 10 years of age your children can follow you during the riding-outs in the woods that surround our country house. From 14 years old, according to their riding experience, they can take part in all of Our Programs. 
For children between 6 and 9 years of age, we organize on request a specific riding activity. It's a playful way of approaching the horses. During the two hours, that take place at the same time as the riding-outs of the adults, the children will learn how to approach a horse, how to clean it and they will practice riding exercises in the arena. Pursuant to their improvement and age the riding teacher will decide if it is possible at the end of the week to go out for a quiet first riding-out with all family.
