The practice of Yoga helps develop deep awareness of the body and breath, essential elements for clear and authentic communication with the horse, both on the ground and, for those who wish, in the saddle.

This course is an invitation to slow down, listen, and rediscover balance, creating the foundations for a harmonious relationship with oneself, with the horse, and with the natural environment that surrounds us.

Awakening Body and Mind

Each day begins with a gentle and mindful yoga practice, immersed in the quiet of nature.
Through fluid movements, guided breathing, and moments of deep listening, the body gradually awakens and the mind opens to a calm, stable, and attentive presence.
The morning practice gently prepares you for meeting the horse, supporting:
    •    Greater physical and postural awareness
    •    Mental clarity and emotional balance
    •    A deep sense of calm and inner grounding
You will learn to perceive your body more clearly, recognize tension and stiffness, and gradually release them, creating an authentic connection with yourself and with the animal.

Yoga for Everyone

The course is suitable for all levels of experience, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.
The practices are simple, accessible, and adaptable, and help to:
    •    Develop a stable and harmonious posture
    •    Improve coordination and mobility
    •    Refine the connection between breath, movement, and presence
Special attention is given to the relationship between pelvis, spine, and limbs—key elements for fluid and natural movement, which are also essential when working with horses.

Horsemanship: Meeting the Horse

During the morning, Fabio guides participants into the principles of natural horsemanship, with a focus on groundwork.
Through an empathetic and respectful approach, you will learn to:
    •    Observe the horse and understand its behavior
    •    Recognize subtle signals and the horse’s needs
    •    Communicate in a clear, calm, and consistent way
Working with the horse thus becomes an experience of mutual listening, where the quality of presence is more important than technique.

Daily practice brings tangible benefits that are also reflected in the relationship with the horse:

The Afternoon: Freedom and Integration

In the afternoon, depending on your wishes, you may:
    •    Go for a horseback ride
    •    Take part in a Natural Western Riding lesson (not included in the program)
    •    Or simply relax with a walk in the woods, allowing the day’s experience to settle and integrate
This time is dedicated to personal rhythm, rest, and the gentle integration of what has been experienced.

The Evenings: Relaxation and Sharing

Two evenings during the week are dedicated to a special moment of deep relaxation, reflection, and sharing, guided by Elisabetta and Fabio.

Seated or lying down, through breathing and the release of body weight into the ground, you will be guided into a space of deep listening to your inner sensations.

An invitation to let go, close the day, and prepare yourself to meet the next one with greater presence and awareness.

Elisabetta Mancini

Elisabetta has been guiding individuals and groups for over 25 years on paths of awareness, inner growth, and self-knowledge.

A Yoga teacher for adults and children and an experienced educator, her work is rooted in direct observation of experience and in the meeting of Eastern and Western spiritual and philosophical traditions.

At the heart of her approach lies self-awareness, understood as a key to recognizing one’s true nature and living in greater harmony.

Her method is holistic and practical, inspired by the universal teachings of Taoism, Buddhism, and Advaita Vedanta, and offers concrete and accessible tools for the integral well-being of body, mind, and consciousness.

For Elisabetta, Yoga is much more than a physical practice: it is a path of listening, presence, and self-discovery, capable of accompanying each person — with simplicity and respect — toward a more authentic and profound balance.

Saturday:

arrival, welcome and accommodation

Sunday morning:

theoretical and interactive lesson on:
- Knowing the primary needs of the horse and its perception, a fundamental element for establishing a relationship.
- Body communication and emotion management.
- Importance of leadership in the relationship and the difference between leadership and friendship.
- Proprioception and mastery of our body essential in communication.
- Breathing and breath control as a tool to manage emotions and proprioception.
- Comparison of personal problems in the relationship with the horse, both in the saddle and on the ground.
- Yoga for managing the body, emotions, breathing and preparing us for the relationship with the horse.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday morning:

- 7:00 - 9:00 Yoga session with Elisabetta Mancini
- 9:00 - 9:30 Breakfast
- 10:00 12:00 Horsemanship with Fabio, ground work

Tuesday. and Thursday evening:

During your stay, you will be warmly looked after by our cooks, who prepare healthy, wholesome meals made with care and attention, designed to support the body and accompany the activities of the day.

Our kitchen takes into account the main dietary needs and choices, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.

If you wish to enjoy an even deeper experience of grounding and connection with nature, in addition to staying in our comfortable rooms, you will also have the opportunity to sleep in one of our tepees: romantic, spacious, and cozy, surrounded by the silence of the forest and gently accompanied by the call of owls.

An invitation to slow down and reconnect with the natural rhythm of the days, among horses, good food, and moments of genuine relaxation, peace, and well-being.
